Audioboom launches new exclusive podcast partnerships

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, is pleased to
announce the continued expansion of its creator network through new exclusive
partnerships with top tier podcasts including Cancelled with Tana Mongeau,
Stavvy's World and The 13(th) Juror.

 

These shows are expected to contribute more than 4 million downloads per month
to the Audioboom Creator Network.

 

The new content partnerships will leverage the full suite of tools available
to creators on Audioboom's platform including AdRip (for inventory creation),
Showcase (the Company's ad-tech driven marketplace), premium advertising
sales, and automated distribution and marketing services.

is one of the biggest shows of 2024, recently hitting the top 25 on Apple and
Spotify's podcast chart. Hosted by social media star Tana Mongeau - who has
more than 5 million YouTube followers - and her best friend, Brooke Schofield,
the show releases new episodes every Monday. Alongside the audio podcast,
Audioboom will provide commercial services to the YouTube version.

Comedian, actor and long-time podcaster Stavros Halkias is the host of
Stavvy's World

podcast debuted at #3 on Apple Podcasts' comedy chart and will boost
Audioboom's comedy roster alongside hit shows like Matt & Shane's Secret
Podcast, The Tim Dillon Show and Soder.

13th Juror
(https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/13th-juror-podcast/id1680830207) is
hosted by true crime enthusiast Brandi Churchwell and focuses on current high
profile trials in the media and the true crime world. The podcast recently
reached the Top 25 on Apple Podcasts' True Crime charts.

 

The Audioboom Creator Network now reaches more than 38 million unique
listeners each month. Audioboom is the fifth largest podcast publisher in the
US - the biggest podcast market in the world - according to the Triton Digital
and Edison Research rankers.

Audioboom also announces that it will release its interim results for the
period ended 30 June 2024 on 23 July 2024.

 

Stuart Last, CEO, and Brad Clarke, CFO, will provide a live presentation

July 2024 at 15:00pm.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
