Key Partnership Renewals and Election Season Advertising Boost

Notice of investor presentation

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, is pleased to
report partnership renewals and a substantial increase in audience and
advertiser demand for its political and news programming slate.

Audioboom podcasts covering the UK general election and early stages of the US
Presidential race recorded a 34% jump in audience reach during Q3 2024 as
listeners flocked to podcasting for high quality coverage and analysis.

Advertisers followed suit with more than 650 brands buying advertising across
this programming roster, leading to 82% of available inventory being sold.

Audience levels, advertiser demand and revenue opportunities for politics and
news podcasts within the Audioboom Creator Network are expected to increase
further in Q4 ahead of the US election in November.

The Company is also pleased to announce partnership extensions with The
Bulwark Network and the Politicon Network. The 12 podcasts in these networks
are a key part of Audioboom's news and politics slate and are downloaded more
than five million times each month.

Throughout election season these partnerships will leverage the full suite of
tools available to creators on Audioboom's platform including Showcase, the
Company's ad-tech driven marketplace, AdRip, the proprietary inventory
creation tool, and AdVet, the proprietary tool for creators that automates the
booking of premium, host-read advertising.

Audioboom's CEO, Stuart Last, commented: "Podcasting is proving to be a
trustworthy source of information for audiences at election time, and brands
are keen to engage with these listeners at scale through our platform. I'm
pleased to extend our work with some of the best political podcasts in the
world - together we will provide listeners and brands vital content during one
of the most important election seasons ever seen."
