Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading spoken-word audio on-demand platform, announces that The Imaginarium Studios Limited, a company of which Malcolm Wall, Chairman of Audioboom, is a director, entered into administration on 15 May 2017. On 23 May 2017, The Imaginarium Studios Limited's estimated deficiency as regards creditors as at 15 May 2017 was stated as being approximately 2.7 million. The administration process in respect of The Imaginarium Studios Limited is ongoing.
