Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Notice of AGM

Investor Presentation

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, will today
issue and post to its registered shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2024 and a notice convening the Company's 2025
Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). These documents will shortly be available
for viewing on the Company's website (www.audioboomplc.com
(http://www.audioboomplc.com) ).

Details of the AGM and Investor Presentation

The AGM will be held at One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 9.00am on
Wednesday 30 July 2025. Whilst registered shareholders (or their
proxies/corporate representatives) are entitled to attend the meeting in
person, no formal presentation will be provided by the Company, and it will
instead cover just the formal business of that meeting.

Stuart Last, Chief Executive Officer, and Brad Clarke, Chief Financial
Officer, will host a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC")
platform, around the time of the AGM and following the release of the H1
interim financial results. The details of the IMC presentation, including date
and time, will be announced alongside the release of the interim results, and
will be open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be
submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00am
the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
Management may not be in a position to answer every question it receives but
will address those it can while remaining within the confines of information
already disclosed to the market.

If not attending the AGM in person, registered shareholders are encouraged to
complete and return the form of proxy in respect of the AGM which they will
receive shortly along with their copy of the Annual Report and Accounts.
