Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform, announces that on 30 November 2018, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 295,948 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.01 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 4,955,848 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
