Director/PDMR Shareholdings
 
Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that on 20 October 2020, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 29,285 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 169.3 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 219,761 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to approximately 1.56 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
In addition, the Company has been notified that on 20 October 2020, Candy Ventures sarl, a company controlled by Nicholas Candy, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 165 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Candy Ventures sarl holds 3,697,602 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to approximately 26.30 per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. 
Nicholas Candy is a 90 per cent. shareholder of Candy Ventures sarl. Following the purchase by Candy Ventures sarl described above, Nicholas Candy is directly and indirectly interested in a total of 3,767,602 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 26.80 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, which includes the 3,697,602 Ordinary Shares held via Candy Ventures sarl. Candy Ventures sarl is defined as a person closely associated with Steven Smith, a non-executive director of the Company, who is a person discharging managerial responsibilities.
