Audioboom, the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform for hosting, distributing and monetising content, announces that Jason Mackay has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect in order to focus on other commercial interests and opportunities.
Malcolm Wall, Chairman of Audioboom, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Jason for his valued contribution to the Company's development during its first three years on AIM and wish him well with his future endeavours."
