AudioBoom (AIM: BOOM), the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform,has today issuedand posted to shareholdersits Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended30 November2016,including a notice convening theAnnualGeneral Meeting ("AGM"). Thisdocument will shortly beavailable for viewing on the Company's corporate website (www.audioboomplc.com).
The AGM is to be held at The London Capital Club, 15 Abchurch Lane, London EC4N 7BW at 12.00 noon on Wednesday 7 June 2017.
Registered shareholders and/or duly authorised corporate representatives or proxies intending to attend the AGM are advised to bring evidence of their shareholding or authorisation with them.
