Notice of Interim Results and Investor Presentation

 

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that its
Interim Results for the six-month period ending 30 June 2022 will be published
on Monday 18 July 2022.

 

Stuart Last, CEO, and Brad Clarke, CFO, will provide a live presentation
relating to the 2022 Interim Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on
18 July 2022 at 4:00pm.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
