Appointment of Non-executive Directors 
 
Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), which owns Audioboo, the social media audio platform,
announces the appointment of Brian Southward and Michael Cooper as
Non-Executive Directors with immediate effect. 
 
Brian is the co-founder and CFO of Starcount, the fan base analysis company
providing cutting edge social media insight to improve engagement. Starcount's
consumer applications enhance brands and businesses ability to better
understand their fans' passions, enabling them to engage more powerfully and
connect more valuably. Prior to co-founding Starcount, Brian was Group
Commercial Director/CFO for Iris Worldwide Ltd and Commercial Director for
Airmiles UK Ltd. 
 
Michael is the Worldwide CEO of phd, a global media planning and buying agency
with headquarters in London, specialising in strategic communications planning
and industry thought-leadership. Prior to phd, Michael worked at CNBC and at
Saatchi & Saatchi in both London and Asia Pacific. 
 
The remuneration of the two new non-executive directors will be at a rate of
£30,000 per annum and in the first year their fees are being settled by way of
an issue of shares on a basis consistent with that of the non-executive's
appointed at the time of the re-Admission except that they will be issued at
the 10 June 2014 mid market price of 5.5 pence per share. This will result in
the issue of 1,090,909 new Ordinary Shares.
