** The podcast publisher concludes strategic review, terminates discussions with all interested parties after deeming indicative cash offers undervalued
** Audioboom says that since February, three interested parties who had been conducting due diligence have submitted non-binding indicative proposals to make a cash offer for the company
** Audioboom expects record first-half 2026 revenue of at least $45.0 million, adj EBITDA of at least $3 million
