$11.83 premarket 
    ** Late on Wednesday, co announced pricing of public
offering of its common stock at $12/shr, representing a discount
of 16% to stock's last close 
    ** Co expects gross proceeds from the offering to be $80.4
million
    ** Offering expected to close on or about Dec. 5
    ** SVB Securities, Cowen and Evercore ISI acting as joint
bookrunning managers for the offering - AURA
    ** As of last close, stock was down ~16% YTD
