at $9 for $99 mln raise
    ** Offering price represents 18.2% discount to last sale
    ** AURA shares had gained 47% over the past week
    ** Co on Mon announced presentation of positive Phase II
safety and efficacy data of bel-sa, its potential treatment of
adult patients with early-stage choroidal melanoma (CM)
    ** Co has 38.2 mln shares outstanding and ~35 mln shares of
free float, per LSEG data
    ** Leerink Partners, TD Cowen and Evercore acting as joint
bookrunning managers for stock offering
