 ("Aura" or the "Company")
  Correction to number of shares admitted to AIM 
The Company wishes to advise that due to a round down effect in association with the share consolidation that was approved by shareholders on 17 March 2021, the number of shares of no par value ("Shares") admitted to trading on AIM should be 196,732,735 Shares, and not 196,733,536 Shares as announced on 26 March 2021. 
The Company has therefore applied for the difference of 801 Shares to be cancelled from trading on AIM which is expected to become effective at 8:00a.m. on or around 7 April 2021.
