as 12.9% to A$0.135, its biggest intraday pct fall since Aug. 5
** Stock at its lowest level since Nov. 15
** Uranium explorer says got commitments to raise A$9 mln
($5.73 mln) via placement
** Placement at an issue price of A$0.14 per share, which
represents a discount of 9.7% to stock's last close
** Funds from placement to help accelerate co's Tiris
