** Shares of Australia's Aura Energy AEE.AX rise as much as 7.5% to A$0.215, their highest level since November 6
** Uranium explorer says MMCAP International and others will provide funding of C$10 million ($7.25 million) for a 19.7% interest in its polymetallic Haggan project in Sweden, valued at C$50 million
** Says it will transfer 100% of the Haggan project to UK miner SIU Metals to acquire 78.7% ownership of SIU Metals through SIU shares
** Stock has risen 13.2% so far this week, heading for a third consecutive weekly gain
** AEE up 14.3% YTD after a 40% rise in 2025
