Corporate Governance Statement, Appendix 4G and Annual Report 2025

 

Aura Energy Limited (ASX: AEE, AIM: AURA) ("Aura", the "Company") advises that
it has released its Corporate Governance Statement in accordance with
Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") Listing Rule 4.10.3. It is for the
financial year ended 30 June 2025 and is accurate and up to date as at 15
October 2025 and has been approved by the Board.

 

The Company announces its Appendix 4G (Corporate Governance Council Principles
and Recommendations) forms has been filed with the ASX.

 

The Company further announces its 2025 Annual Report for the year ended 30
June 2025 has has also been posted to shareholders following publication of
the Financial Results on 19(th) September 2025.
