2025 Annual General Meeting

Aura Energy Limited (ASX: AEE, AIM: AURA) ("Aura" or the "Company") is pleased
to advise that its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") will be
held at 4.00 pm (AWST) on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, by video and at the
offices of Thomson Geer, Level 29, Central Park Tower, 152-158 St Georges
Terrace, Perth Western Australia 6000. Details of video access will be
provided in the Notice of Meeting.

An election of Directors will be held at the AGM pursuant to ASX Listing Rule
14.5. Details of the Directors to be re-elected will also be included in the
Notice of Meeting.

The Closing Date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors
is Tuesday, 14 October 2025, being 30 business days before the date of the
AGM.

Any nominations must be received in writing by the Company at its registered
office by no later than 4.00pm (AWST) on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.
