that an Appendix 3B (Proposed Issue of Securities to Directors) form has been
filled with the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") pursuant to the
proposed grant of securities to the Directors of the Company, further details
of which are included in the Notice of Annual General Meeting as announced on
