Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of First Annual General Meeting

 

Aura Renewable Acquisitions plc announces that it has today sent its Annual
Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2022
(the "Annual Report 2022") and its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the
"Notice") to shareholders.

 

The Company's first Annual General Meeting will be held at 3 p.m. on
Wednesday, 3 May 2023 at the offices of DMH Stallard LLP, 11th Floor, 6 New
Street Square, New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 3BF.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents have
been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism
and will shortly be available for inspection
