17 November 2025 - The Chairman of Aura Renewable Acquisitions Plc (the
'Company') announces the resignations today of Guy Ranawake and Robin Stevens
as non-executive directors of the Company.

 

These board changes result from a review of the strategy of the Company and
the Chairman and remaining director, John Croft, is in the process of
appointing additional directors. Details of the appointments are expected to
be announced shortly.

 

The Chairman of the Company, John Croft, said:

 

 "I would like to thank Guy and Robin for their contributions and insight
provided during their service to the Company. We wish them well in the
