Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of First Annual General Meeting

 

Aura Renewable Acquisitions plc announces that it has today sent its Annual
Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2023 (the
"Annual Report 2023") and its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice")
to shareholders.

 

The Company's second Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. on
Wednesday, 15 May 2024 at the offices of CFPro Cosec Limited, First floor,
Holborn Gate, 330 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7QH.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents will
soon be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

 

-     Annual Report and Accounts 2023; and

-     Notice of Annual General Meeting.
