Notice of Third Annual General Meeting and 2024 Annual Report & Accounts
Aura Renewable Acquisitions plc announces that it has today sent its Notice of
the 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice") and the Annual Report and
Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2024 (the "Annual Report
2024") to shareholders.
The Company's third Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. on
Tuesday, 13 May 2025 at the offices of DMH Stallard LLP, 11th Floor, 6 New
Street Square, New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 3BF.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 22.2.6R of the UK Financial Conduct
Authority ('FCA'), copies of the following documents have been submitted to
