Brief: Auriant Mining says share issue 80 pct subscribed

Sept 13 (Reuters) - Auriant Mining AB AURIM.ST
* Says as a result of offering, company will receive cash
proceeds of approximately 67.9 mln SEK before transaction costs
* Says in addition, approximately 74.5 mln SEK of main
shareholders' convertible debt will be set off through
subscription of 29,807,897 shares
* Subscriptions of shares with and without subscription
rights amounted to approximately 142.4 mln SEK, corresponding to
80 per cent of offering.
