U.S. stock index futures were trading flat to slightly higher on Tuesday ahead
of a set of economic data, with investors looking for any insights on policies
of the incoming Trump administration.  .N 
    
At 10:30 a.m. EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.19% at
42,788.41. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.28% at 5,958.92, and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.89% at 19,688.31.
