provider Aurora Mobile JG.O jump 7.4% premarket to $1.31
** Stock set for fourth straight session of gains
** Aurora agrees to acquire SendCloud, an email service
platform in all-cash deal
** Financial terms of the deal not disclosed, except that co
plans to grant equity awards to SendCloud's management
** SendCloud had more than 2,000 paying customers during the
fourth quarter of 2021, JG says
** Deal expected to close end of March 2022
** YTD, JG stock up 17.3% as of last close
