19 June 2025

Aurrigo International plc

("Aurrigo" or the "Company")

AGM Statement and Intended Board Change

Aurrigo International plc (AIM: AURR), a leading international provider of
transport technology solutions, provides the following update in advance of
the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 10:00 a.m. today.

AGM Statement

The Company has made a solid start to 2025 across both the Autonomous and
Automotive divisions.

In May, Aurrigo entered into a three-year strategic partnership agreement with
Swissport International AG ("Swissport"), opening up a significant opportunity
with the world's largest provider of airport ground services and cargo
handling.

The Company expects that its Auto-Cargo vehicle, developed in conjunction with
UPS, will be delivered to East Midlands Airport early in H2, where it will
undergo initial testing. The Company continues to make good progress with
other commercial and strategic aviation partners. Projects at Schiphol,
Singapore Changi and Cincinnati continue as planned and further updates will
be provided when available.

Aurrigo remains well capitalised following the fundraise in December 2024 and
January 2025, with proceeds supporting the ongoing refinement of its
autonomous vehicle portfolio in conjunction with feedback from existing
partners ahead of future scale up.

The market in which the Company operates remains supportive, as aviation
industry players increasingly recognise the opportunity for autonomous
solutions to improve efficiency as passenger volumes increase, while reducing
carbon emissions. Aurrigo's solutions have been designed to improve both
passenger and cargo airside operations and its products are already being
trialled and used by some of the largest players in the aviation industry.

The Company's Automotive division is performing in line with Board
expectations and traditional seasonality. Despite volatility in the wider
automotive market, the Company has a strong forward orderbook, underpinning
confidence for the full year performance of the division.

As previously announced, revenues will be weighted to the second half, as
expected, particularly given timing of ongoing Autonomous tender processes.
Whilst the outturn will be somewhat dependent on the timings and outcomes of
these tender processes, results for the full year are currently expected to be
in line with the Board's expectations.

Intended Board Change

Peter Whiting, Independent Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of
his intention not

to stand for re-election at the 2026 AGM. He will continue to serve as a
director over the coming

year, including offering himself for re-election at today's 2025 AGM, to
support effective succession planning and Board continuity.

Andrew Cornish, Chairman of Aurrigo, commented: "The Company has made good
progress so far this year and we have continued to add to our blue-chip
partner roster with the agreement signed with Swissport in May. As trials
continue with partners around the world, understanding of what our technology
is capable of and its benefits are being demonstrated to a large, engaged
audience. With products capable of improving the airside operations for the
world's largest passenger baggage and cargo handlers, we look ahead with
confidence.

"Our continued progress is thanks to the strength of the Aurrigo team, and we
were thrilled to see this recognised in the recent award of an MBE to our CEO,
David Keene, in the King's Birthday Honours for his contribution to the
decarbonisation of airports. It's a brilliant reflection of the dedication and
innovation that underpins the work we are doing and its impact."
