Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

 

Aurrigo International plc (AIM: AURR), a leading international provider of
transport technology solutions, is pleased to announce, further to its
announcement on 27 September 2025 (the "Launch Announcement"), the Company
yesterday published and posted a shareholder circular providing the background
to and reasons for the Fundraise and seeking Shareholders approval for the
issue and allotment of the Third Placing Shares, Second Subscription Shares
and the Retail Shares (the "Circular").

The Circular contains a notice convening a general meeting of the Company at
11.00 a.m. on 19 September2025 at Unit 33 Bilton Industrial Estate, Humber
Avenue, Coventry CV3 1JL.
