** Shares of Westar Resources Ltd  WSR.AX  rise as much as
76.1% to A$0.081, their highest since May 19
    ** Miner says co has executed an option agreement for
Mindoolah lithium & gold project in Western Australia
    ** Says significant gold has been produced in the Mindoolah
district 
    ** Says co has also executed an agreement with Aurumin Ltd
 AUN.AX  for the sale of Gidgee South project 
    ** Co sees biggest intraday jump since June 29
    ** More than 9.97 mln shares trade hands compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 92,820 shares 
    ** Shares of co are down 56.2% YTD as of last close
