to A$0.200, face worst day since Aug. 25, 2023 - if trend holds 
   
    ** Healthcare management co says its HY profit before income
tax expense fell 37.6% to A$1.0 mln ($655,200)
    ** Co's diluted HY earnings per share declined to 0.393
Australian cents per security from 0.478 Australian cents
    ** Stock hits lowest level since Feb. 21
    ** More than 280,700 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 187,363
    ** AHC up 10% YTD, as of last close
