Australia's Austco Healthcare rises on acquiring Amentco

** Shares of Austco Healthcare AHC.AX rise as much as 2.6%
to A$0.195, posting their biggest intraday pct gain since April
18
** Healthcare communication solutions provider has executed
share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of healthcare and
security solutions provider Amentco Enterprise Group for A$10.6
mln ($6.91 mln)
** Says acquisition is expected to be immediately
earnings-accretive, not including any revenue synergy benefits
** About 372,400 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 164,400 shares
** Stock down 5% this year, as of last close
($1 = 1.5335 Australian dollars)
