** Shares of E2 Metals  E2M.AX  soar as much as 26.9% to
A$0.165, their best day since Aug 5 - if gains hold 
    ** The gold-silver explorer said it has bought an 100% stake
the Pingüino silver gold project in Santa Cruz, Argentina from
Austral Gold  AGD.AX   urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nTUE56XLBC
    ** Says deal is for $10 million and will provide way for
further resources development for co, with the addition of
project in portfolio  
    ** Shares hit highest since Sept 16 
    ** Stock has fallen ~55.2% this year as of last close
