NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF NAME

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by ANZ New Zealand (Int'l) Limited ("ANZNIL") and ANZ
Bank New Zealand Limited ("ANZNZ") in connection with its €8 billion ANZNZ
Covered Bond Programme (the "Programme") to:

 

·     the holders of Covered Bonds issued by ANZNIL under the Programme
(the "Covered Bonds"); and

 

·     to all parties to the documents relating to the Programme.

 

TRUST MANAGER CHANGE OF NAME

 

·      Effective 1 July 2022, the name of ANZ Capel Court Limited (ABN
30 004 768 807), the Trust Manager of the ANZNZ Covered Bond Trust, has
changed from ANZ Capel Court Limited to Institutional Securitisation Services
Limited. The Trust Manager's Australian Business Number and business address
remain unchanged, as follows:

Sydney, NSW, 2000, Australia

 

·      All references to ANZ Capel Court Limited in documents relating
to the Covered Bonds and the Programme are updated to Institutional
Securitisation Services Limited.
