** Shares of Australian Clinical Labs ACL.AX fall as much as 1.2% to A$2.46, posting their biggest intraday pct loss since September 22

** Pathology services provider says it has reached an agreement with the Australian Information Commissioner to resolve civil penalty proceedings

** Says proceedings commenced in the Federal Court of Australia in November 2023 relating to a February 2022 cyberattack on Medlab Pathology

** Says agreement proposes co to pay penalty of A$5.8 million ($3.81 million), and make contribution of A$400,000 towards commissioner's legal costs

** Says cyberattack occurred about nine weeks after co's acquisition of Medlab business

** Stock down 28.3% YTD, including the day's moves
