** Stock hits biggest intraday pct drop since April 23

** Pathology services provider says external IT service used by unit SunDoctors experienced cyber incident

** Says incident led to unauthorised party gaining access to limited part of SunDoctors' systems

** Co currently investigating issue to determine whether any sensitive personal information impacted

** Says no impact to any of co's core operations, systems of its unit restored

** YTD, ACL down 31.2%
