July 12 (Reuters) - Lifebrandz Ltd  LIFE.SI : 
 
 * Co entered into a non-binding term sheet with Asidokona Mining Resources Pte. Ltd 
 * Company intends to acquire entire issued and paid-up share capital of 
Tolukuma Gold Mines Limited 
 * Company shall raise up to US$20 million by way of convertible bonds 
 * Purchase consideration for all of the shares in the issued share capital of 
the target company shall be US$212 million
