Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive sector, announces that that on 11 March 2019 Adam Attwood purchased 69,572 Autins ordinary shares at a price of 27 pence per share and Gareth Kaminski-Cook purchased 30,228 Autins ordinary shares at a price of 33 pence per share representing 0.45% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital in aggregate.
