Ocado gains on win in patent row with AutoStore

** Shares of Ocado Group  OCDO.L  rise as much as 7.8% to
568.6p, among top pct gainers on London's bluechip  .FTSE  index
    ** British online supermarket and technology group wins a
patent lawsuit against AutoStore  AUTO.OL , a Norwegian robotics
firm
    ** The London High Court lawsuit was one among several cases
the two cos are fighting around the world to protect their
intellectual property
    ** Ocado will apply to the court to seek to recover its
legal costs from AutoStore, says Ocado spokesperson
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~15% so far this year
