Auto Trader Group plc ("Auto Trader" or the "Company")
Auto Trader Group plc Transaction in Own Shares
Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 13 October 2025 it
purchased through Merrill Lynch International the following number of its
ordinary shares for Cancellation at an average price of 764.7903 pence per
share:
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 296,400
Highest purchase price paid per share: 767.0000p
Lowest purchase price paid per share: 758.0000p
Following the above transaction, the Company has 870,687,214 ordinary shares
in issue and holds 5,216,802 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total
number of voting rights in the Company is 865,470,412 which may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Auto Trader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market
Abuse Regulation), the schedule below contains detailed information about the
purchases made by Merrill Lynch International on behalf of the Company as part
of the buyback programme.
