** Autodesk ADSK.O shares fall 4.2% to $259 premarket after the software co forecasts Q3 adjusted profit below Wall Street estimates
** Co sees Q3 adj profit of $3.04 to $3.09 per share, below analysts' avg estimate of $3.14, per LSEG data 
** Co, however, tops Q2 revenue and adj EPS estimates and raises its annual billings forecast
** Stock recently traded at 20x fwd earnings, below its 5-yr avg of 28x, per LSEG data, suggesting it may be undervalued
** ADSK shares down ~8.6% YTD vs a 14.2% rise for the Nasdaq .IXIC
