** Autolus says collaborating with BioNTech 22UAy.DE to
develop CAR-T cell therapy program
** BioNTech to invest $200 mln in the company
** BioNTech to support launch, expansion of development
program of Autolus' lead cell therapy candidate obe-cel and will
receive a royalty on net sales
** BioNTech can use Autolus' manufacturing to accelerate
development of BNT211, a cell therapy for solid tumors
** Up to last close, stock up more than triple in the last
12 months
