down ~26% premarket after overnight follow-on prices
    ** British drug developer sells 75 mln American Depositary

    ** After the bell Thurs, AUTL said Blackstone Life Sciences,
unit of Blackstone  BX.N , to make $70 mln in milestone
payments, and its gene therapy, obe-cel, met primary endpoint in
Phase II trial for treatment of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
    ** In Oct, AUTL entered deal granting Bristol Myers  BMY.N 
access to its 'safety switch' tech, and Moderna  MRNA.O 
exercised its option to license AUTL's targeting tech for
messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutics
    ** Through Thurs, AUTL shares had gained 45% over the past
month for ~$272 mln market value
