Autolus up as Moderna exercises option for licensing targeting technology

** Shares of Autolus Therapeutics Plc  AUTL.O  rise 6.4% to
$3.17
    ** Company says Moderna Inc  MRNA.O  has exercised its
option to license Autolus' targeting technology for development
and commercialization of messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutics

    ** AUTL says it has received an option exercise payment and
is eligible to receive development and commercial milestone
payments from MRNA for each product commercialized
    ** AUTL is also entitled to receive royalties on net sales
of all products commercialized under the agreement, which was
announced last year 
    ** Co is developing T-cell therapies and other drugs for
cancer treatment
    ** Including session moves, stock down ~39% YTD
