 * Announces sale of anpr/lpr business to tagmaster 
 * Says as of July 9, 2015, the anpr/lpr business, including all products and 
   solutions, will transition to tagmaster 
 * Sale of automatic number plate recognition business to tagmaster ab for 
   purchase price of $4.2 million in cash 
 * Says transition will begin effective immediately and will continue over the 
   next several months
