Image Sensing Systems: Soars in heavy volume after reorganization plan

** Image Sensing Systems' shares  ISNS.O  soar 24% to $5.72;
stock is top pct gainer on the Nasdaq and set for its biggest
one-day pct jump in nearly three years  
    ** Co says it will implement a holding company
reorganization, initiate quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per

    ** More than 18 mln shares have exchanged hands in the first
30 mins vs 25-DMA volume of 56,655 shares; Co has 5.35 mln
outstanding shares 
    ** The reorganization is expected to be completed by the end
of Q2 of 2021 and once implemented, the new holding company,
Autoscope Technologies, will become the new parent company of
Image Sensing and will be the public company trading on Nasdaq
    ** ISNS is up 15% in the past one year through Thurs close
