DEBT
Treasury sells 0.75-1.25 billion euros 0.10% BTPei bonds due
May 15, 2023 and 1.5-2.0 billion euros CTZ bonds due Nov. 29,
2021. Subscriptions close at 1000 GMT.

Board meeting on preliminary full-year results (revenues).
AUTOSTRADE MERIDIONALI AUMI.MI , ATLANTIA ATL.MI
The motorway company, controlled by Atlantia tollroad unit
Autostrade per l'Italia (ASPI), said the Ministry of
Infrastructure and Transport had told it in a letter not to pay
dividends or distribute capital. The company said it would think
about whether to take action.
Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said on Italian TV on Monday
the government would be making a decision on whether to revoke
or not ASPI's highway concessions "soon".
AS ROMA ASR.MI
The club said it had bought, on a temporary and free basis
to June 30 next year, the playing rights of Atalanta player
Roger Ibanez da Silva. The deal includes a pledge by the club to
then buy the buyer for 8 million euros subject to certain
conditions pertaining.
