Notification of transactions by Persons Closely Associated with Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

 

On 6 June 2025, the Company was notified of a transfer of 2,083,252 Ordinary Shares from First Island Trustees (Guernsey) Limited the Trustee of The Shahan Trust (a Person Closely Associated with Nathan Coe, a PDMR) to Nathan Coe.

 

Following this transaction the total number of Ordinary Shares that Nathan Coe holds remains 3,322,270 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.379% of the total issued shares in the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).

 

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
