On 21 August 2026, the Company was notified that Nathan Coe, Chief Executive Officer, had on that date transferred 78,740 Ordinary Shares to be jointly held with Natasha Loxton‑Coe (a Person Closely Associated with Nathan Coe).
Following this transaction the total number of Ordinary Shares that Nathan Coe holds together with his Persons Closely Associated is 3,519,827 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.452% of the total issued shares in the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
