Total Voting Rights

 

1 April 2026

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules,
Autotrader Group plc (the "Company") confirms that the total number of
ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 31 March 2026 was
827,502,432 at £0.01p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
4,412,082 ordinary shares are held in treasury as at the date of this
announcement. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore
823,090,350 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
