Autotrader Group plc Transaction in Own Shares
Autotrader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 26 January 2026 it
purchased through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes
as Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis") the following number of its ordinary
shares for Cancellation at an average price of 555.2185 pence per share:
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 420,000
Highest purchase price paid per share: 563.60p
Lowest purchase price paid per share: 548.80p
Following the above transaction, the Company has 845,282,330 ordinary shares
in issue and holds 4,768,575 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total
number of voting rights in the Company is 840,513,755 which may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Autotrader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market
Abuse Regulation), the schedule below contains detailed information about the
purchases made by Deutsche Numis on behalf of the Company as part of the
buyback programme.
